The supposedly Longest Buffet
My friends and I went to the event last Saturday.
Well, thing didn't turn out to be the way i expected it would be, though I had fun being with my friends.
The event started at 7pm yet we got the 9pm ticket, but we managed to go in at around 8:30pm(like it's a big difference). To our disgust, konti na lang ang fud sa 350 buffet table. And really, ang daming TAO!.The management promised that participating restaurants would refill the food trays at 9pm. Yes they did, pero with the refills coming one at a time they were not able to serve the hungry people. Naging survival of the fittest ang dating. Sooo sad!
Although we managed to fill our tummies with whatever was served, it was a big disappontment for us since we expected a buffet and that food will be flowing on the table. On the contrary, scarcity is what we had.
Sobrang nakakapagod ang night na yun, kasi we have to be fast sa pila at makipagsiksikan to get food. Out of the 400 dishes in the event, i think i've only seen 50 and out of that I think I was able to taste around 20 lang. Although I don't expect to have a taste of all the 400, kahit mata ko man lang sana nakita yung 400 dishes na yun.

907 562 35 po ang service request na number na ibinigay sa akin sa Smart kahapon.
Bandang 9am nang mapansin kong wala akong signal sa workplace. Though weak talaga ang signal sa office namin, ngaun lang nangyari na zero.. as in... zero ang level ng signal strength sa phone ko. May i press ako ng '#' + 'call' but to no avail, NO NETWORK CONNECTION DAW! I tried na makipagpalit ng phone with my officemate, aba, full strength yung sim nya sa phone ko while, still zero level ang signal ng sim ko sa phone nya.
So may I use the office landline na to call for help. May I press ako ng 8-8-8-1-1-1-1... viola! after my nth time, i got to speak to a Customer Care Representative, ayun nun palang ako pinagtatanong nang kung ano-ano, and syempre answer naman ako at may-i-ask din. That was 10 am na.
Hindi ako nakuntento, bumaba ako ng building at pumunta sa malapit na convenience store para sumagap ng sariwang hanging at sariwang signal *sana*. But to no avail pa din.
By 11am hindi pa rin ako mapakali so may i dial na naman ako ng 8-8-8-1-1-1-1. After an era, may nakausap na naman ako. I asked kung bakit nang yayari ito, at kung ako lang ba ang naka-experience nito. The guy said no, meron din daw iba pa it's for system upgrade daw. I wonder how long it'll last.
Buti around 1pm back to the network na ako. Syempre may I pa-ring na ko sa nanay at sister ko.
SANA LANG WAG NA MAULIT!!!! wahhhhh

First Entry for October
hello bloggers!
hehe it's been soooooo long since i last posted an entry.
Pero may mga kwento ako about september so i-post ko na rin sila.. hehe dayain ko nlng yung date ^_^
so, nung sat, i was with Jor-el, Ben, Karen, Pacs, Lynx and Mike at Gale to watch Tim Burton's The Corpse Bride. Hehe what a movie to bring us all together. The last time I saw Jor was more than a year ago pa, first time ko na meet yung bro nya na si Ben, though I try to meet the rest of the people regularly.
The movie is okay, cute, hindi sya pambata though it is cartoons. Hindi maiintindihan ng bata yung dilema dun sa movie coz it's about love. So yung intensity ng emotions nde pa nla ma-fi-feel (or so i think!).
It's fun to be with the my college crowd talaga, feeling ko tumatalino ako ulit hehehe
si Jor-el na magaling humirit, kinorect ko nung mali sya sa pag-pronunce ng interference. hehehe it's so funny kasi instantly nlang na sinabi ko yung in·ter·fer·ence EEE term kasi yun, so parang masakit sa tenga kapag biglang kakaiba ang pag-pronounce... hehe peace jor!
